Brass Kaali Mata Wall Hanging

This brass wall hanging depicts the Hindu goddess Kaali Maa in a serene form, not her more fierce, traditional Kali form. She is positioned at the center, seated on a pedestal. Her hands, multiple in number, extend from her sides, each holding an item. A lion, her mount, is shown at her feet. Surrounding her are other deities, each standing on their own smaller pedestal, including what appears to be Shiva and other gods and goddesses often associated with the Durga Puja pantheon. The entire relief is set within a semi-circular arch, which is intricately decorated with a repetitive, flame-like pattern. Above the main arch, there's a smaller, central figure, possibly another deity or a representation of the divine. The brass has a golden, antique finish, and the entire piece is very detailed and ornate.
